direct debit - deduct a scheduled set amount each month (irrespective of statements)

currently direct debiting integration with ezidebit only allows for the amount owing on the account to be deducted. it would be really great to have a feature for some patients where a set amount is deducted from their account each month instead of the exact amount owing (e.g. $30, $50, $200)
