Fred Office statements layout
Choice Pharmacy Vincentia - would like to have the customer statement layout changed a bit. Currently when generating the Customer statement. The Account name and address is right under the Pharmacy details.
Would like to have at lease 1 to 2 blank lines after the Pharmacy ABN details before the customers name and address is shownrefer to ticket - https://fredit.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/579117

Forward Date Account Payments in Payment Importer
Prior to the last Fred Office Plus updated we were able to import a Payment file via Payment Importer with the date the Direct Debit was to occur. We prepare the Direct Debit file at the beginning of the week, the direct debit then occurs on a set date each month (in our case the 20th), we were able to import this file at preparation and apply to the payments, this ensures the details match what is being direct debited.
The ability to forward date gives us more flexibility when using this feature and ensures that mistakes are not made…1 vote -
Show history for items dispensed where stock does not deduct
If using the 'do not deduct stock' dispense option, show a line in "Item movement history" with the sales transaction --- include an indicator to show no stock movement has occurred but a sale has occurred

Add option to edit Quantity on hand while editing an ordering draft
On Old Fred Mobility, there were 3 tabs available while editing an order. The middle tab allowed us to correct SOH. This tab is no longer available in the NEW Fred Mobility (please re-introduce this).

Stocktake function should ignore "Committed" stock
The current stocktake feature as of 30/08/25 currently includes "Committed" stock (i.e. stock dispensed for a patient but not yet paid for) in the total SOH count.
e.g. Lets say I have 5 boxes of Lipitor 10mg on the shelf, AND I have x2 boxes of Lipitor 10mg on the pick up shelves dispensed for patients coming back later today to collect. If I started a stocktake and used the mobility scanner to count the 5 boxes on the shelf, then the Stocktake would have a "Counted" value of 5. This stocktake also has a "Committed" value of 2, which…

Account Group
Currently it is quite time consuming and clunky to add accounts to set groups, going through the 'Assistants, group' option. Also, if an account needs to be moved to a different group, we need to find it in the old group and then move to the new group (which relies on staff remembering what group the account was in).
It would be time efficient if we could access and alter the account group through the customers account tile directly.
We use this feature to save time when printing accounts, so they will group similar accounts together (ie. Front Shop/Webster/posted accounts).

Add in a profitability snapshot to the dashboard, similar to the Z report fields where you have sales and cost of goods.

We would like a basic mobile phone application for our staff to use on their personal devices to allow
- stocktake both batch and scan and count
- printing shelf tickets/labels
- receiving orders

Option to add 0.5 as a reorder point
When using reorder points, it would be good to be able to add 0.5 as an option. There may be times where a partial box is dispensed but t's a slow mover so reorder point would be set to 0 and so the ordering template will not capture this item.

Loyalty Card Number for AutoCharge
For our webster packing patients we use Autocharge in FredDispense Plus so dispensing goes straight to an account. It would be great if loyalty card number could be used with these accounts so they can accumulate points and help us record loyalty within our transactions.

FredOffice ordering: new template based on FredDispense
FredDispense ordering: have an auto-generate template in FredOffice, based only on dates, and whatever was dispensed in FredDispense between those dates. Regardless of the category of that drug. If there is a way to do this already, let me know.

In QLD due to free flu vaccines needing to be charged to a QLD health account. It would save a lot of labour individually charging scripts to an account

Drug description to be included on the customer statement when dispensed by Blank.
When a user dispenses an item using Blank in Fred Dispense Plus, the charge is recorded as "Blank Misc" on the customer's account in Fred Office. The user would like the exact item description entered during Blank dispensing to appear on the customer's statement, ensuring the customer knows what was dispensed from the statement. The user wants this flexibility to avoid the need to create an own brand drug card and link it to an item card.

Customer previous monthly account balance should be shown at the till - not just the running total
Currently a customers account balance is shown at the till - if they are wanting to make a monthly account payment we need to go into Fred Office, look up the customer name, then look at the previous months balance

When receiving in the add an item box
When receiving an invoice via a supplier, and when using the "add item" box, we add an item, but if you want to cancel that item in the add item box, it still will add one into the invoice list despite us canceling it, making it an inaccurate amount added to the invoice, which then makes it difficult and frustrating to find the extra added item and correct.

Adjust for Minimum Hold Quantities in a Rate of Usage order
Please add the ability to adjust for Minimum Hold Quantities (reorde point) in a Rate of Usage order. Currently you can do 'either' a ROU order OR a Replenishment order to the restock level.
We want to do a Rate Of Usage order which also factors in minimum stock levels for items that have a low rate of usage.
We want to keep 20 of X in stock at all times. X has a low rate of usage so is not currently ordered in a ROU order until we have 5 left, this makes the shelves look terrible.1 vote -
remarks on till not standing out enough
When we add a comment to the remarks section of our accounts to advise the staff on the till of some information regarding that particular account - it does not stand out and is very easy to miss. It would be better if it was large font/bold/coloured or a pop up like in Fred dispense.
