Receipt/Transaction Search at POS
Add the ability to search by Item Lookup Code, Barcode, Cashier and Item Description in the Journal at the POS.
This would reduce the requirement to search for this information in Fred Office.

Copy email address to Statement Email field
Would like when they enter the Email in Email Address in customer to populate in the statement address as well.

telephone number extraction
The dispense scripts reports should be able to allow us to add a column for mobile telephone number. We need to extract telephone numbers in bulk so we can sms patients on a particular drug in bulk

The ab
Please allow the ability for items to show up as different colours in the purchase order. This is so staff know that these items can be purchased as part of a monthly bulk buy and to not re-order if necessary. I understand items can be set to "do not place on purchase order" but this often leads to items being missed altogether.

set the default account schedule run date to the first of the month
the default close is the last day of the month

Could you enable a function where we can pay off an account and scan in front of shop purchase in the one transaction please. Thank you.
Would be great to be able to pay off an account and also do purchase in one transaction, than having to add all the purchase items on the account, then pay the account. This gives customers better visibility of what the total amount comes to.

Patient in Fred Dispense to Replicate in Fred Office
- When a patient details are updated in Fred Dispense they will need to manually make the changes to Fred Office Customer even though they are linked. Would be better if it asked would you like to update or even if you can just have an extra option in Address to select patient Details.

Anything in Ethical Department automatically set to "Non Discountable"
Any new item created that is put in the Ethical Department automatically set to "Non Discountable"
Currently - all new stock cards are created and are set as able to be discounted at the register.
I think all departments should have the option for global "Discount" or "Non Discount" without having to go into individual stock cards or even using the Quick Action Tool.

Remove the second line of information below the scanned item in POS

Would like to change settings on the pos so that the scanned items appear only , and not all the other items such as stock on hand price and other things that display in the line beneath the scanned item.
This results in a screen that is too busy and difficult to decipher when busy or the person has purchased a larger number of items1 vote -

OPTION to create/convert all drug cards to UPPER CASE
i hate using the system in normal caps, then have to put caps lock on when creating a new otc card/shelf ticket. It should standardise my shelf tickets and drug cards to always been in CAPITALS

Create an A4 receipt format for use with Quotes in Fred POS Plus
In Fred POS Plus, create/allow editing of an A4 receipt format for use when quoting Home Health products for (e.g. wheelchairs/crutches) for Nursing Home/NDIS providers

need to combine max/min ordering with ROU ordering. Currently items with 0 ROU will not be reordered but there are instances that the pharmacy still wants to stock items that have slow sales. eg critical medicines. This is currently done manually but we want to be able to set min 1 for some items.
Conversely some items with high ROU the oharmacy wants to set a max stock holding due to cost or bulky items. We aren't able to do this using ROU ordering. We sohuld be able to set an algorithym that combine max/min and ROU1 vote -
Statment Invoices to include the prescriber name
Currenting the option to send statments as Tax Invoices is redundant becuase the format reqwuired by workcover is not met. They require the prescriber name to be recorded against the item

Promotions - set up of multiple promotions
Requesting changes to promotion setup. Where a product is on promotion for a period of time eg catalogue and the store decides to have a one day sale during the catalogue and a second promotion is started for the one day. Currently the first promotion for the catalogue is locked in and any overlapping products in the new promotion will scan at the original promo price. Can changes be made so the new promotion over rides or an option appears for the user to choose what promotion runs.

Ability to edit the account statement format
Site would like the ability to edit the format of the statements and in particular, have the BSB/Account details on the right hand side of the page and have a space between ABN and invoice to.

Script Analsys Report filtering options
Please update the Script Analysis report in Fred Office to have the same filtering options as Fred Dispense.
- Report on Facility/Nursing Homes
- include owings (Yes/No)
- Include Drug costAs this report can be scheduled these filters are very beneficial to streamlining monthly reporting.

Dispense labels print by generic name
for dispensaries organized by generic rather than brand, having the label say the brand name makes things harder to find. The stock card is linked to Fred item which includes the generic name, could a label type be set to print then generic name instead?
