stop quantities being added to existing script lines on POS plus when roll up is turned on

when roll up is turned on and you bring up a script at the till
then scan more of that same item (eg panadol osteo, lyclear)
it adds the quantity to the script instead of creating a new line

this does not happen when roll up is turned off
