  1. Spacing on label directions inconsistent since font update

    The spacing between the lines in label directions is inconsistent. Seems to be present regardless of the label font size. Space is disproportionately large between the lines for labels that have 2 lines of directions

  2. Avoid putting a Reg25 date (20 or 50 day) on deferred scripts

    When deferring a script, a Reg25 date is shown on the repeat as 20 or 50 days from the date of deferring the script, not the last supply. This is misleading when the customer looks at or presents their script to the pharmacy. Can this please be left off from deferred scripts to avoid confusion?

  3. Address label does not indicate when items have been autocharged (LOTS with FD+ integration)

    When patients are autocharged the drug label indicates that the item has been autocharged with an asterix * but the address label does not say that the items have been charged. Previously in FD Classic the address label would say charged (with LOTS POS integration).

  4. escripts search patient

    For patients with no Medicare number, when scanning an escript, it automatically enters new patient, without the ability to search for patient. This is especially common with patients with multiple surnames.

    As a result, patients can get multiple personas in Dispense. And we are unable to merge escripts, so the problem is compounded.

  5. S8 and S4D escript dispensed elsewhere notification needed when repeat not due

    If a S8 or a S4D e script has been dispensed elsewhere, a notification does not pop up if the prescription interval has not yet lapsed. Can this be implemented into dispensing software to prompt pharmacist that the interval has not lapsed yet and should not be dispensed.

  6. pressing Esc to cancel printing multiple labels

    When asked how many labels to print pressing Esc should print no labels similar to Fred classic behaviour.

    Right now IF it asks me if I want t for example print15 labels and I press escape it will print 15 labels which can be quiet annoying and wasteful especially if just trying to quickly edit something in a script without reprinting

  7. Dispensing shortcut 'aey' - please change from 'Avoid contact with eyes' to 'into the affected eyes'

    For more than 20 years, different pharmacies and dispensing systems have used the shortcut, 'aey' for: into the affected eyes.
    Now, FRED dispense plus has made it the opposite direction of: AVOID contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
    As it is a system sig, it cannot be changed. Please remove it all together, or allow us to adjust it to our preferred sig.
    Extensive muscle memory has me writing incorrect directions on dispensing labels.

    Little name label on the top of address label needs to be Surname first if possible please.

  10. Have "tags" for patients that are highlighted on the profile bar. eg. "WEBSTER PT", "MEDADVISOR", "SIMILAR/SAME NAME ALERT", "TOP CUSTOMER"

    The tags should be coloured and easily seen, and ticked easily from the main profile edit screen. Would be a killer feature.

  11. eRx got cancelled with a new token scanned

    We have encountered several occasions when we scan a new token at wait screen, it straight away cancels the latest prescription done. It is observed that it always happens when the token as a "C" as the first alphabet of the code. Could you please add a warning or extra confirmation to avoid it?

  12. Minimum price function

    Currently, the system does not apply the minimum price configured in the pricing option when the user edits the quantity of a medication with a set price. The user would like the minimum price to be applied even when the medication has a set price and the quantity is edited.

  13. Warning at scan check when dispensing a broken pack

    When dispensing a broken pack, can we please have a warning prompt during scan check that mentioned "Warning: Broken Pack - Please check the quantity is correct".

    For example, when dispensing Amoxicillin 500mg Tablet , quantity of 30, which relates to 1.5 boxes. Can we please have a prompt at scan check to alert that it involves a broken box?

    This would prevent errors in supplying medications.

  15. markoff owing

    When the system prompted to adjust the SN entitlement from last year, it inquired about updating patient details. Even though "NO" was chosen, the system incorrectly calculated the price to be paid. To rectify this, the patient's SN number from last year needs to be entered in the patient details. This particular problem has not arisen in previous years.

  17. Exclude scripts from mySL

    Can we please have a checkbox or easy way to change the 'exclude from mySL' option? In Fred Classic, the shortcut (Shift-Ctrl-X) was visible at the very bottom of the screen - which was still hard to see.

    Now, there is no shortcut visible - which is hard for techs to remember it.

    A checkbox similar to the 'myHR' checkbox would be ideal.

  19. "XX repeats left" on repeat scripts to be formatted in bold

    The user wishes "XX repeats left" to be formatted in bold on the repeat scripts to make it more noticeable for customers when they check the remaining number of repeats

  20. Shift Message on Address Label so it appears higher up

    Added Message on Address Label prints too low on the main label. It is very easy to miss because it usually overlaps the red "Keep out of reach of children" line on the bottom.

    Also, if the message is a little bit longer, it gets cut off from the label and part of it is missing.
