Address label does not indicate when items have been autocharged (LOTS with FD+ integration)
When patients are autocharged the drug label indicates that the item has been autocharged with an asterix * but the address label does not say that the items have been charged. Previously in FD Classic the address label would say charged (with LOTS POS integration).

Allow Pharmacist initials to be archived or re-used. We have employment records (so AA from 15 years ago we won't be blamed on aa now)
We have 25 years worth of pharmacist initials we are locked out of archiving or re-allocating. Some of these are deceased, retired or no longer registered.
This problem then flows through to MedAdvisor and other 3rd party programs that use the Fred Database and we have a ridiculous number of pharmacist initials to pick from and our regular pharmacist are unable to use their actual initials.5 votes -

Let me click on what I want
Cant explain how frustrating it is to have to exit out of pop ups (eg history) or whatever window is - just be be able to get to places like F10 to to quickly check a script that's just been handed to me or hit MySL to see what a patient has available. Instead I need to exit out of their history, then "c" to continue through the patient note that then pops up.

Create a Repeat Interval / Script Expiry for medications that don't normally have one
E.g. a repeat interval for drugs such as antidepressants or S4 monitored drugs, and script expiry for things like vet prescriptions (there is currently no way to change these to an expiry of 6 months)

The order in which 30-day and 60-day options are displayed differs depending on the script type.
The order in which 30-day and 60-day options are displayed on the drug selection screen differs depending on the script type.
Example: Perindopril 10mg
When the script type is set to PBS, the list shows:
9008D Qty 30 (30-day script)
13555K Qty 60 (60-day script)
When the script type is set to Non-PBS, the list shows:
13555K Qty 30 (60-day script)
9008D Qty 30 (30-day script)
If a user scans a PBS script and for whatever reason, is retrieved as Non-PBS, they may manually select the top line assuming it’s the 30-day option. After changing the script type back to…

Tabs for having multiple patient dispensing profiles open at the same time
When I get a phone call or interruption during dispensing, I currently have to Esc out of the current patient profile and I lose all the work I have done up until that point and then have to restart dispensing from scratch. With other dispensing softwares they can open a new tab to search a patient (like a web browser) and then come back and pick up on the dispensing where they left off before the interruption. Why can't we have this feature in Fred Dispense Plus?

History pop-up when scanning a script is annoying and unnecessary
Remove auto pop up. If we want history, it's just one F2 away.

Avoid putting a Reg25 date (20 or 50 day) on deferred scripts
When deferring a script, a Reg25 date is shown on the repeat as 20 or 50 days from the date of deferring the script, not the last supply. This is misleading when the customer looks at or presents their script to the pharmacy. Can this please be left off from deferred scripts to avoid confusion?

The system sig code 'top' for 'topically' is ruining my directions
When I try to specify anything like: top lip, or on top of the scalp, anything with the word 'top' in it, the system sig changes it to: topically lip, or on topically of the scalp.
Please allow us to change that sig so I can write sentences good...2 votesThank you for your feedback

Add an additional filter for ePrescriptions in the Medview Flow Queue
While dispensing Medication Management baskets, the user would like an additional column to be able to filter for ePrescriptions. They could select and dispense just ePrescriptions then dispense paper scripts as usual

Have dispense notes appear in 'quick' history
Allow history/script notes to appear in the history list on the dispensing screen and in script check
