Prompt for ePrescription Preference instead of entering Patient Maintenance
When dispensing an eScript for a patient without patient preference, we are directed to the F8 (Patient Maintenance form to update).
Can we bypass patient maintenance and have this be a prompt with the options (Print, SMS, Email, MySL) instead?

Thank you for your feedback. The focus already defaults to the patient preference, can you please explain what the benefit would be?

New to Fred Plus but my experience new patients are default to none. Whilst on the F8 screen if you don't set them at this point then you end up needing to go back to set the preference before you can finish dispensing. For new patients without a setting, if we could have a store default or a separate pop up forcing the selection before you can proceed because you have to choose anyway at some point
