    Is there any movement on this one please? Patients with no Medicare card often do not come up in search and profiles are easily duplicated. We need to be able to merge these patients. Thanks.

    Dispensing eScripts often create new profiles for patients which causes issues with history checking and safety net. Not being able to merge patient histories and delete duplicate profiles makes the issue worse. Being able to merge multiple profiles with eScripts will help eliminate this problem

    Corum LOTS does this in a breeze - eRx's or paper; No issues merging patients profile
