Allowable additional patient charge
Currently, in Fred Dispense Plus, the allowable additional patient charge is set globally under the Administration > pricing options.
As the 60-day medicine dispensing policy is about to be introduced, users would like a new setting that allows the allowable additional patient charge to be applied based on the type of prescription. For instance, if the prescription is a 30-day supply script, the system would automatically set the allowable additional patient charge to $0.00. On the other hand, if the prescription is a 60-day supply script, the system would apply the maximum allowable additional patient charge of $3.29.
Thank you for your feedback

we'd also like the option to set the pricing depending on the prescriber. For Vet scripts we charge a higher margin than General or Private scripts for humans. Theres curently no way to do this and VET scrpt are undercharged because we don't mark up our Private scripts by very much

Additionally, the user is seeking flexible options for implementing varying allowable surcharges when dispensing Workcover/TAC scripts.
Currently, if the user sets the allowable additional patient charge to $0.00 and manually applies the surcharge to specific Workcover/TAC scripts, the script type automatically switches to Private even if the patient price is still below the PBS max price.
