List of Scripts Report - Save a Customised Report

Adding the ability to Save a report that has been customised will save a lot of time for monthly reporting when using the List of Scripts Report.

    The report of 'list of scripts' doesn't include:
    1. prescriber
    2. a way to SAVE to the 'column chooser' configuration after selecting

    Having these would make things more flexible for a regular user
