Alert when dispensing a specific drug to a specific patient sort of like a patient allergie. More like a drug note than a warning. As the note gives flexibility on what we can alert the dispensing pharmacist.

Where this is relevant is if a patient is on staged supply for a specific drug. We could have an alert for this drug for this patient, so if a locum pharmacist is dispensing it would trigger them to look rather than just dispensing and supplying. This could also be utilised if a patient is getting a specific drug quite early, we could leave a note that says 'watch early dispensing' or if the doctor wanted specific instructions to have it on there. Or a note to say we specifically order this medication with ordering instructions.
