Get rid of preset option 'YES' to print for reports

Every time I view a report in FRED dispense plus, when I close the report it asks me if I want to print and it is pre-selected as yes. I have printed numerous reports by accident. If I want to print I can just select>file>print.

    automatic print prompt when you press ESC already defaults to no, and this is how we quickly print reports. please don't change
