Note taking while on the phone
Just an idea to aid convenience.
When a patient calls to put in an order for scripts to be dispensed, if they have MySL set up, it is quite easy to tick what they would like and place it into the queue.
If a patient does not have MySL, we either have to note it down on paper, or more commonly we reprint the last dispensing label for the medicine the patient is after. Is it possible to have a little note taking tool with patient details and a way to just tick a box (like on MySL) that prints on a dispensing label (rather than an A4 sheet of paper). This will help with the flow within the dispensary.
