Remove the “Safety Net” row from the Patient Details Mismatch screen.
When the Patient Details Mismatch screen appears after scanning a script for a patient who has already reached Safety Net, the “Safety Net” row is displayed as part of the mismatch details.
In some cases, the checkbox for this row is accidentally selected by the user. As a result, the existing stored Safety Net number can be overwritten with a blank value.
This causes the patient’s Safety Net information to be removed from the system and trigger to issue a new Safety Net card unnecessarily.
