Daily total label and $0.00 script
When dispensing a private script that is not charged to the patient’s account, together with a Safety Net script ($0.00 Rx) that is charged to the account, the Daily Total label currently prints:
2 items = 1 ($XX.XX)
This can be confusing, as it does not clearly indicate what happened to the second item.
The user would like the Daily Total label to provide a clearer breakdown, for example:
2 items = 1 ($XX.XX), 1 ($0.00 Charged)
This would make it clear that the second script was supplied at $0.00 and charged to the patient’s account.
