Prompt when escripts are canceled in the wrong order
If escripts dispense records are not canceled in the reverse chronological order, it will break the repeat chain and does not reactivate the original token. Fred Dispense Plus should prompt the user about this before escript gets canceled to prevent the issue from happening.

private prescription
Have the option to change the colour of those private prescriptions from the selection screen (similar to drugs ranking). At the moment users need to focus on the PBS column to distinguish between PBS and non-PBS items. Having a different colour will enhance the ability to select the right drug category.

Option to disable medicare number expires soon prompt
If a medicare card number is due to expire it prompts on the screen in grey and is another prompt that the store need to click through. If they had the option to disable this prompt, it would improve their workflow and pace in which scripts are dispensed. Thanks,

report timeout
Can we have a tick-box that, when ticked, overrides a report query timeout limit? Some reports do need to "run" for > 30 seconds.

Print asterisk on the second label
When directions are long, the system prints out the rest of the directions on the second label.
If those scripts are auto-charged, the asterisk is printed only on the first label to indicate that the script has been auto-charged.
Sometimes dispenser needs to stick the second label over the first label, which covers the asterisk and causes confusion for the cashier.
Users want the asterisk printed on every dispense label for multi-label scripts.

Final check screen to include PBS warning information
Currently, the final check screen only shows a tick or a cross for the "PBS Online Accepted" section.
Users would like the final check screen to also display PBS warning details for the script so that responsible pharmacists can look out for warnings that could potentially change to rejection if it's not actioned.

eScript repeat numbers being cut off on display
eScript information displayed on the bottom right hand corner of the dispense screen during eScript dispensing is not displaying the full repeat numbers for certain scripts eg repat scripts with 25 repeats.
Instead of 'Repeats: 25/10' it will display 'Repeats: 25/..'
Screen resolution is standard 1920x1080.This display needs to allow for all script information to be displayed in full.

Indication on dispense labels that show a prescription is an e script
If there was a letter or symbol located somewhere on the dispense label that a prescription is an e script it would make things a lot easier when checking, also good when patients bring in an old box but don't know where their repeats are

More information needed on printed escripts
Printing the script expiry and next repeat due on printed eScripts would go a long way to helping provide the patient with information about their prescription without having to scan it and look it up

Search the EMIMS AppBar tile (and other tiles) using Ctrl + F
Having the ability to use ‘Ctrl F’ in the AppBar tile to search for key words a patient might be experiencing after starting a new medications would be beneficial
In the Web Version, which requires the dispenser to navigate out of Dispense, once the drug has been searched and found you can use Ctrl + F and then search for a words, eg Dizziness.
If we could do this within the Dispense not only is the drug automatically selected, we can see date information / directions etc while searching for symptoms and making the process more streamlined1 voteReleased in the May/June 2023 release

Would it be possible to mark the background of any incorrect scans on the wait screen in another colour (for instance red) to highlight them? A cross can easily be missed.

restrict #labels to print to <=99
Scanning a barcode into the #-of-labels-to-print triggers many millions of labels to be queued.
2 votesWe couldn't reproduce this specific scenario but have made some changes in the recent release to the number of labels that print. Please let us know if this still an issue https://webhelp.fred.com.au/dispense/Release%20Notes/dispense-2023-september.htm

Option to set default repeats number
When dispensing scripts manually, the system always populates the repeats field with the maximum number of repeats for the item.
Users would like an option to set the default repeat number so that system populates with 0 repeats for all manual dispensing.
