Indication on dispense labels that show a prescription is an e script
If there was a letter or symbol located somewhere on the dispense label that a prescription is an e script it would make things a lot easier when checking, also good when patients bring in an old box but don't know where their repeats are

More information needed on printed escripts
Printing the script expiry and next repeat due on printed eScripts would go a long way to helping provide the patient with information about their prescription without having to scan it and look it up

Search the EMIMS AppBar tile (and other tiles) using Ctrl + F
Having the ability to use ‘Ctrl F’ in the AppBar tile to search for key words a patient might be experiencing after starting a new medications would be beneficial
In the Web Version, which requires the dispenser to navigate out of Dispense, once the drug has been searched and found you can use Ctrl + F and then search for a words, eg Dizziness.
If we could do this within the Dispense not only is the drug automatically selected, we can see date information / directions etc while searching for symptoms and making the process more streamlined1 voteReleased in the May/June 2023 release

Would it be possible to mark the background of any incorrect scans on the wait screen in another colour (for instance red) to highlight them? A cross can easily be missed.

restrict #labels to print to <=99
Scanning a barcode into the #-of-labels-to-print triggers many millions of labels to be queued.
2 votesWe couldn't reproduce this specific scenario but have made some changes in the recent release to the number of labels that print. Please let us know if this still an issue https://webhelp.fred.com.au/dispense/Release%20Notes/dispense-2023-september.htm

Option to set default repeats number
When dispensing scripts manually, the system always populates the repeats field with the maximum number of repeats for the item.
Users would like an option to set the default repeat number so that system populates with 0 repeats for all manual dispensing.

Barcode scanned in Drug Search
It'd be good to enable barcode scanned in Drug Search under Administration to display drug item, instead of currently it's not being recognised the same way as it was with F7 Quick Pricing.

qr codes inadvertently scanned on the wait screen
