  4. Is it possible to capture the mobile number and email address from the escripts like Fred Classic does? Currently, we need to ask the patient for their number and it slows things down.

  6. Currently when completing a script for a multi pack script the default number of labels matches the number of packs dispensed. Would prefer a setting as per Classic dispense so that the default can be set to 1 and then changed if needed during dispensing

  8. We are getting many people sending us their e script tokens to keep on file. Currently they sit in the Queue in Medflow until they need it. Deferring it will allow us to keep it in their file and in their history

  9. As in FRED classic, private patients should match first name options. It makes it impossible to find the patients often ending up in duplicate patient entries. Especially if they have a common name. I have to dispense manually to match the patient. With E-scripts, you can't even do that!

  10. When using dispensing small items i.e eye drops we would like to use the small bottom label on the drug, and then stick the top right label on the duplicate.

    Potentially add these options in Admin>Dispense Options

  11. Specifically, when it asks to save discount for future use:

    Have the words 'yes' or 'no'

    instead of 'yes' or 'cancel'.

    ‘Cancel' is not helpful, this could mean to cancel the current discount given.
