60 days price
Can a separate option be created which allows pharmacies to charge "allowable additional patient charge" for 60 days dispensing? This will help pharmacies to charge maximum PBS price for 60 days scripts without affecting the price for 30 days.

Medication Direction (SIGs) Typing Guideline changes required for Numerals and verbs
New Pharmacy Students and Pharmacists are being encouraged to use the National standard for labelling dispensed medicines from July 2021 (located: https://www.safetyandquality.gov.au/publications-and-resources/resource-library/national-standard-labelling-dispensed-medicines) for clear and consistent labeling.
With the Fred Dispense Plus SIGs, these standards are unable to be followed easily. When a number is type it is expressed as a word not as an numeral.
The standards are recommended change to expressing Numbers as numerals and administration verbs. Examples of changed we would like implemented based on this National Standard

Alert when dispensing a specific drug to a specific patient
Alert when dispensing a specific drug to a specific patient sort of like a patient allergie. More like a drug note than a warning. As the note gives flexibility on what we can alert the dispensing pharmacist.
Where this is relevant is if a patient is on staged supply for a specific drug. We could have an alert for this drug for this patient, so if a locum pharmacist is dispensing it would trigger them to look rather than just dispensing and supplying. half quantities
Is it possible to allow halves in the quantity section. We dispense methadone liquid and are unable to enter exact doses prescribed such as 11.5mL, we also do Diazepam reductions and it would be good to be able to have the label print the quantity being packed e.g 1.5 tablets.

Better use of the Warnings tile to display associated custom Sigs
Would like a way to show custom sigs associated with drugs (particularly S3 ?items)
Suggest to display this in the Warnings tile where we don't look at all details (e.g. S/Care suggestions)e.g. ?dispense an S3 (ventolin)

CTG Safetynet
Hi
Concessional CTG patients still accumulate Safetynet Totals. This is annoying as when they reach the threshold, the SN Card Issue triggers and won't go away until you issue a card. This is a bit annoying as SN is useless to a patient who already gets scripts for $0. Please turn off the SN Card Issue Trigger for Concessional CTG Patients.1 voteThank you for your feedback

Ability to centrally add note to drugs
Note pops up in Dispense Plus when dispensing a drug i.e. Dispense Prolia note advices Pharmacists of a patient programs service. This have been set centrally and pushed to participating pharmacies.

Automatically display generic search when eRx is script is dispensed by brand
When and eRx script is scanned and is a brand it would save time and be more efficient for the generic search window to be displayed. In most cases the brand dispensed prior is not the same at the next store therefore having this window display will save time and reduce dispensing errors.

Automatically print S8 expiry date on label
I would like the sig SE to be automatically added to S8 prescriptions. As we move away from a paper system patients are less likely to see the date a script is written - and more likely to have a script expire. We've had the situation happen with medicinal cannabis patients whom pay a lot more to see the doctor, so a lot more angst if a script expires without a prior notification from us.

NEED MORE SHORTCUTS
CTRL+S feature: When create a patient's profile or save any details, CTRL + S is not working on Fred Plus. It's not easy to use the mouse all the time.
CTRL+F4 feature: To bring up the medication's profile and remaining repeats and owings report (all in one page) but not on Fred Plus. Fred Plus has the feature of owings scripts and new scripts required and we have to print separately - waste of time and paper.

When switching users to dispense a script, the default field to complete is initials, would be faster if the default field is password

Ability to remove script records in the repeat remaining (F3) screen
The user wants an ability to delete script records from the "repeat remaining" (F3) screen. This could be helpful if a prescriber cancels an e-script repeat chain, causing it unavailable for dispensing. If they can remove it from the "repeat remaining" (F3) screen, it will avoid any confusion among users.

Medicinal cannabis tally
With an increase in Medical Cannabis use across Australia it would be great if Fred could develop a tally system to help pharmacists keep track on how much each patient is getting on a monthly basis
E.g Joe Bloggs comes in to collect his cannabis and a pop up note comes up 30g left this monthI understand that this is a small fish but would help us pharmacists out keeping our patients safe
