Dispensary notes needing an enter space
Can we have the ability to add an enter line in dispensary notes that appear in the patient history? Pressing enter saves the note.
Perhaps shift+enter (like Messenger) will add a line. Some of our dispensing notes are just giant walls of text.

defered
Defered script still showing as available in history after dispensed- so they are still listed in blue in the history, even though it has been dispensed. Once its dispensed can it not be blue any more? It makes it look like there is a new script that still exists

New Drug Options for more than 2 Years
Currently if patient had the drug over 2 years ago the system will tell you it is a NEW DRUG, however it will still highlight the drug in Green in the patitinet history.
Could we have an option to set a number of days/years for this New Drug Setting.
EG. I would only like to see NEW DRUG if the patient has never had it before regardless of the number of days, at this is now clearly displayed in the tile.

More scripts to be visible in the Wait screen
Currently, the Wait screen only displays the most recent 500 scripts. Users would like more scripts to be visible in the Wait screen.
Ideally, the wait screen should display every script within the current claim period so that users can filter scripts with a warning and work through them.

Patients profile display and selection
Currently, when there are multiple patients with the same last name, typing in the last name alone (ie Smith) brings up their profiles in random order. The user would like the system to display the names in alphabetical order based on the patients' first names in this scenario. This change would allow for easier identification and selection of the desired patient profile when there are multiple patients sharing the same last name.

Serial sticker for authority scripts
Currently, when a script is an authority script, the system prints the letter "A" in front of the claim category (e.g., "AG" for Authority General Script). However, the user finds this irrelevant and confusing for sorting purposes. The user wishes to just have the letter "G" printed for any general script including the authority script. This change would make it easier for people to sort the scripts based on their claim category.

keyboard strip to be digitial
Have the Ability for keyboard strips pop up at the bottom of the screen or constant. As Newer keyboards do not have the room to stick the strips on the keyboard. This will also eliminate the need for them all together. Quick tip
