OPTION to create/convert all drug cards to UPPER CASE
i hate using the system in normal caps, then have to put caps lock on when creating a new otc card/shelf ticket. It should standardise my shelf tickets and drug cards to always been in CAPITALS

We can review for the creation of drugs to be capital in a future release. For existing please try item manager. See comment below

Hello - have you tried updating using Assistants > Item Manager
Right click with whole line selected. Then can choose to apply globally.
