Interim Statements for a Date Range

Add a new option to generate an Interim Statement or a Specified Date Range.

This will be used when packing for patients so that the changes and charges are able to be attached to the packs.

    Add in the option to do an interim statement for a specific set of dates rather than the batch for the month, or the option to do extended itemised accounts.

    Mainly for people who want to see a longer statement or for business/providers that need an extended account
