direct debit - schedule an ad hoc payment for a customer without having to create a statement/age the account
currently we are unable to take ad hoc payments from people using the ezidebit integration unless we schedule a statement for them in their account.
it would be super helpful to 1. be able to schedule an ad hoc payment from the ezidebit portal that would automatically link to their fred office account and/or 2. schedule an ad hoc payment from fred office that isn't linked to statement creation
