Add a Select All and Update/Save from the eRx Patient Details prompt
When a script is scanned and the prompt to update patient details with that of the eRx details appear, add a Select all Difference and Update option.
Currently each difference needs to be ticked one by one. We find that the differences are not being updated as this is adding more time to the dispensing process.
it would also be helpful to auto save and close the Patient details to save another step, and prompt if there is information missing.5 votesThank you for your feedback

Allow the patient search field to match against the Medicare names
When entering name to search for a new patient, the system could flag matches against the medicare last name or medicare first name fields in addition to the normal name fields. The matches perhaps could show lower in the list of matches but still be there.
Consider this example: Mr Robert Smith, who everyone calls Bob.
- If we enter him as Bob Smith, with a medicare first name of Robert, but the Dr writes a script as Robert Smith. We type in "smith r" and don't get a match so we type all his details in and only when…3 votesThank you for your feedback

Add a postal address field in patient details
In regional areas it is quite common for patients to have a post office box or similar. It would be very helpful to have a separate field for this postal address.
A common workaround is to write the address as: 18 Street Name (PO Box 18) but that often doesn't fit on the printed field on repeats, and sometimes the postal suburb is different to the residential. So this is imperfect at best.
If this change was made, you might also need to create separate functions to create printed labels for residential address (for deliveries) or postal address (for mail).

Patient profile audit
Ability to be able to view any changes made to patient profile including the date and time, the user, the previous value and new value.
Would be particularly useful for reviewing history on linked accounts or when a patient details has been accidentally updated to a different patient, tracking when incorrect detail was added etc.

Flag Scripts in Patient History if Previously Owing But Reconciled
In Classic, in the Patient History, some scripts are flagged with the letter 'r' to identify scripts that were previously owing but have been reconciled.
Although these details are now in the Script Audit, having a quick visual indicator from F2/Patient History is helpful when assessing patient compliance and and correspondence with prescribers.7 votesThanks, great idea

Format telephone numbers
When entering patient and prescriber telephone numbers they should be automatically separated into shorter blocks of digits or ‘chunks’.
Telephone numbers are easier to read and confirm when their digits are chunked, rather than appearing in one large group as they are now.
Australian telephone numbers in general use have no more than 10 digits and the software should prompt you if you have missed entering a digit:
Landlines – 2 digits for the area code followed by 8 digits for the rest of the telephone number i.e., 02 XXXX XXXX .
Mobiles – 10 digits (there is no area…

Edit patient history note when selecting 'history notes only'
When selecting "History Notes only" from F2 (Patient history), screen is currently read-only and displaying 1 line of text (~180 characters). Longer notes are not displaying in full when exceeding the 1 line limit and the note cannot be 'edited' to view the rest of the note
Suggest to allow full history note to display across multiple lines of text OR include ability to edit (to view rest of note)

Highlight the CTG / Repeats Held in the Patient Banner
It would made it more prominent if you could highlight the Repeats Held and CTG in the patient banner.
In Classic these where Red and stood out in the banner.
If these fields had a red box around them or another complimentary colour this would stand out more at the time of dispensing14 votes -
Make Patients Inactive
