Manually Add barcode
If an item is not scanning, we should be able to manually insert the barcode into the selected drug file.

some drugs will not scan at end of dispense. ie in checking eg. prometrium, estrogel pro- fred classic had the ability to add these in if required, sometimes the barcode would change and this addition could be added in

It's crucial that we have the ability to do this. I'm just new to FRED NXT Dispense and there's been a few items that simply don't scan. It's a needless dispensing error just waiting to happen.
