Taking a picture/document and upload into Patient History
Would like to take a picture of the hospital discharge info/doctor's notes and insert (upload them) into patient history in Fred Dispense Plus.

Much easier to upload a document for everyone to look at that transcribing it and making an error

It would be handy to be able to attach a file to the patients details page to enable easy review of a dose reduction schedule

You should be able to attach a file/document/pdf to a note on a patient file. This would greatly help with record keeping (discharges, notes, records) and help reduce paper use as well as save time from having to create new physical patient files in drawers to store or view this documentation.

Likewise would like to scan a surgery medication summary into patient info in Dispense Plus.....

This is an excellent idea. A picture paints a thousand words, as they say. Moreover, the further that we can get from paper the better. PDF, JPEG, PNG ... I don't care.
