can the claim number relate to the year and claim number done in the year
claim for year 2021 eg current claim is described as 1048- fred classic has the year 21 and then the claim number for that year
eg 2126 would describe claim done in year 2021 26 describes the number of the claim closed this year ( 26 if done every fortnight )
