How can we improve Fred Dispense Plus?

FRED DISPENSE PLUS: Other

Patient History Notes: Display ABOVE patient's dispensed scripts NOT BELOW - for all items with the same date.

Just like in original FRED. Makes it easier and less backwards.

I fin that if they are below they get missed the next time someone dispenses as they aren't at the forefront!
