Add function to manage and change medications/dosages/directions in the "Medication Profile" tab
Pharmacists need to have the ability the manage a patients medication profile chart. Functions needed: Add/Cease medications, edit dosage/directions, display scripts/repeats remaining, start date, MedIndex Score and generate a Patient Medication Profile Report.

Medication Profile is the source of information when hospital/doctor rings up to check what a patient is currently on.
The most important feature is to be able to mark a drug as ceased and a checkbox to remove ceased drugs from the profile so if we need to print and fax/email to doctor it will be accurate.
Marking a medication as ceased should also remove them from the New Script Required report as well as Drug Interaction warnings.
