Repeats Held File Number

When setting "repeats held" there should be a field where you can enter a file number for the repeats and this information should be displayed at the top of the screen where the "repeats held" line is

    We are changing to a number based system, so having a spot to state Repeats held and a file number would be a huge benefit. (Also would help to differentiate nursing homes if you have more than 1)

    Is there a way to generate a file number for a patient based off of the first letter of their surname followed by a number to make filing more simple?

    Generate a file number to help with filing scripts held on file for the customer
    Suggest a field next to "Repeats Held" toggle that can generate this number
