Ability to inactivate users

Currently there is no way to 'inactive' or 'archive' users that are no longer needed on the system.
Can you please create a function to be able to give us the ability to inactivate users?

    We need this to be able to 'free up' initials for current users but be able to retain the historical dispensing data
