The import also no longer includes the description with the payment and has changed the payment type from Direct Debit to Payment by BPay - which is incorrect and has had customer asking questions
We have 25 years worth of pharmacist initials we are locked out of archiving or re-allocating. Some of these are deceased, retired or no longer registered.
This problem then flows through to MedAdvisor and other 3rd party programs that use the Fred Database and we have a ridiculous number of pharmacist initials to pick from and our regular pharmacist are unable to use their actual initials.
