Mark and unmark popular: patient, doctor
Similar to FRED Classic with an option to mark and/or un-mark popular patients, doctors and drugs.

We already allow drug ranking, and will look to include doctor and drug in the future.

The 'popular' function in patient attributes made it easy to identify who our script on file patients were especially when multiple people had the same first and last name.

Can you please add the option to highlight a patient (in red) similar to Fred Dispense when you change their status to popular? Thanks
