Doctor's name on dispense label

Have an option to choose not to print the doctor's name on the dispense label.

    As it is not a federal requirement to have the Drs name on the label and this function was formally found on FRED Classic, it is a little disappointing to not still be an option!

    Feedback: As the pharmacy dispense to prisons, some prescribers do not want their name appearing on the label hence having this option in Fred Dispense Classic was a great feature.
