Concessional CTG patients still accumulate Safetynet Totals. This is annoying as when they reach the threshold, the SN Card Issue triggers and won't go away until you issue a card. This is a bit annoying as SN is useless to a patient who already gets scripts for $0. Please turn off the SN Card Issue Trigger for Concessional CTG Patients.
