Align authority number retention behaviour in Fred Dispense Plus with Fred Dispense Classic.
In Fred Dispense Plus, when dispensing a repat repeat where the previous supply was dispensed as PBS script type and the current supply is changed to Repat script type, the existing authority details are cleared and the user is required to re-enter the authority number.
In Fred Dispense Classic, the authority details are retained even when the script type changes from PBS to Repat on repeat dispensing for Repat white card patients
