  2. restrict #labels to print to <=99

    Scanning a barcode into the #-of-labels-to-print triggers many millions of labels to be queued.

  3. Real Time Prescription Monitoring Prompt whilst Editing

    When editing a monitored drug, it would be better to see the RTPM prompt appear when you enter through to initials rather than having to reselect the drug

  4. CTG owing markoff issue

    When we do an owing mark off for a CTG item, it always reverts to non-CTG and gets rejected. Are you able to fix this issue please, so that owings are done as CTG? Thanks.

  5. Option to set default repeats number

    When dispensing scripts manually, the system always populates the repeats field with the maximum number of repeats for the item.

    Users would like an option to set the default repeat number so that system populates with 0 repeats for all manual dispensing.

  6. Barcode scanned in Drug Search

    It'd be good to enable barcode scanned in Drug Search under Administration to display drug item, instead of currently it's not being recognised the same way as it was with F7 Quick Pricing.

  7. repat authority

    When scanning a Repat authority (eg Neutrafluor toothpaste) Fred asks if you want to dispense as a Repat authority but then changes it to Non-PBS after you select yes anyway.

  8. Dispense labels - dispense unnecessarily using second label in some circumstances

    Example 1: Larger text - uses 2 labels
    Swallow whole ONE tablet in the morning *May cause drowsiness and increase effects of alcohol. If affected do not drive a motor vehicle or operate machinery.

  10. qr codes inadvertently scanned on the wait screen

    inadvertently scanning a QR code on the wait screen wreaks havoc. I've had scripts cancelled, deferred, unclaimed ...
    and please don't answer with "well don't scan QR codes" 😁

  14. Option to print price on first label only

    User has requested option to enable price to print on first label only when dispensing multi label items. ie first label will show patient price and all subsequent labels will show blank or 0.00.

  16. local drug file price removed

    the last update removed the wholesale cost and retail price area for Own brand drugs. This defeats half the purpose of having the own brand drug local file as i dont want to constantly go back to my price list to check pricing for all my high volume compounding scripts. Please re-instate

  18. this terminal only

    Please consider not having the "this terminal only'' option on CTRL-Q ticked by default. It's of much more benefit to the whole team for the whole timeline to be displayed, not just that one terminal's. Minor gripe. :)
