    This feature was used in four of our pharmacies until we upgraded two of them to dispense plus a few months ago. It has made us pause the upgrade in our other stores. The loss of this feature has made our dispense plus stores the least efficient to operate. We have put a pause on the future upgrades of our stores as a result of this. The dispense process starts with the initial contact with the customer and finishes at the handing out of the medication and counselling. Why have we removed the part of Fred which manages the beginning and end of this process.
