    We have just upgraded from Fred Classic to Dispense Plus and have been experiencing the same issue.

    Scanners used to have no problems detecting the label bar codes in Fred Classic, however it has been a notable issue after upgrading.

    Unsure if the change in position of the bar code on the label has contributed to this as it is now much closer to the drug name text, compared to its lower position on Fred Classic.
