We have found when dispensing an expired S8 script for Ritalin, the alert is yellow, the same as many other messages, and can very easily be missed. Also the script does not reject through medicare, neither does the software otherwise alert that an expired script has been dispensed.

The alert needs to be red and also entirely prevent dispensing from an expired script, and return to the wait screen or have an additional step 'acknowledge - press c to continue' if it is not possible to stop dispensing. It is currently to easy to press ok on the expired script message and keep dispensing, none of the script information fields are cleared (which I believe did occur in Fred Classic).

Thanks for the feedback. We’ll look at addressing this in future releases.

This is a significant accessibility issue for our elderly and vision impaired customers, the font on the label is too small for them to read easily and clearly. Even with instructions 'Take 1 tablet daily' with ample empty space on the label, it is all crammed into the top left hand corner of the label. The font needs to be adjustable in size, or at least in bolded type to improve readability.
