Spacing on label directions inconsistent since font update
The spacing between the lines in label directions is inconsistent. Seems to be present regardless of the label font size. Space is disproportionately large between the lines for labels that have 2 lines of directions

Safescript identification
The dispensers name, not the responsible pharmacists name, comes up on safescript after an S8 has been dispensed. The dispenser should not be responsible for S8 medications and should not have their name on safescript. Enable option to have pharmacists name go on instead

Brighter green on scancheck and PBS tick boxes
The scancheck banner and pbs check tickbox is currently a pale lifeless green, like the shade of baby vomit. If we can opt for a brighter green like the spring grass or neon signs that would be a lot better

MySL - more information
More information is required on the MySL screen.
Drug names
Directions
Notes
Expiry date of scripts - more important for S8Drug names when doctors have prescribed in brand name. Also directions. Often patients have an increased dose, but we choose the older script. You need to 'dispense' the newer script to find out new directions. Also an option for notes on the script appearing on MySL would be great. I have dispensed an older script of medication for a patient as the script is in MySL and not been ceased by the prescribed when the dose was increased.

default labels to print
suggested labels to print to round up rather than round down.
e.g dispense Panamax 150 tabs, it suggests to print 1 label, 2 labels would be preferred1 voteThank you for your feedback

Dr bag dispensing
When dispensing a Doctor’s Bag, if an item entered is not on the approved list, Fred Dispense Plus defaults to the closest matching product name.
For example, entering Promethazine injection automatically defaulted to Prochlorperazine injection.
While it is the pharmacist’s responsibility to check, there should be a safeguard or warning to prevent automatic substitution, as this poses a potential safety risk.

As an option to the current scanning system, could we have an option where a label is not printed until the item has been correctly scanned

Basket Notes still appear while dispensing
basket notes only pop up when you enter the script then disappear, which isn't user friendly when you get interrupted and promptly forget the notes. Our current work around is having Medview flow open on another screen so the notes can be checked, but would love them in the dispense window.

The order in which 30-day and 60-day options are displayed differs depending on the script type.
The order in which 30-day and 60-day options are displayed on the drug selection screen differs depending on the script type.
Example: Perindopril 10mg
When the script type is set to PBS, the list shows:
9008D Qty 30 (30-day script)
13555K Qty 60 (60-day script)
When the script type is set to Non-PBS, the list shows:
13555K Qty 30 (60-day script)
9008D Qty 30 (30-day script)
If a user scans a PBS script and for whatever reason, is retrieved as Non-PBS, they may manually select the top line assuming it’s the 30-day option. After changing the script type back to…

Avoid putting a Reg25 date (20 or 50 day) on deferred scripts
When deferring a script, a Reg25 date is shown on the repeat as 20 or 50 days from the date of deferring the script, not the last supply. This is misleading when the customer looks at or presents their script to the pharmacy. Can this please be left off from deferred scripts to avoid confusion?

The system sig code 'top' for 'topically' is ruining my directions
When I try to specify anything like: top lip, or on top of the scalp, anything with the word 'top' in it, the system sig changes it to: topically lip, or on topically of the scalp.
Please allow us to change that sig so I can write sentences good...5 votesThank you for your feedback
