Newest update issues
The new update that has given us the quick drop down menus in the top left hand corner, is proving a source of annoyance, as nearly every time we scan the dispensing label barcode it jumps up to the drop down menus and then on scanning the product barcode the calculator opens. Please fix this.

To Notify a preferred pharmacy if a new script is entered into an existing ASL for a patient in aged care
To Notify a preferred pharmacy if a new script is entered into an existing ASL for a patient in aged care. At the moment we get an email but would prefer to see if in Flow
2 votesIdea transferred to MedView Flow rather than Fred Dispense Plus (see https://medview.uservoice.com/forums/929455-medview-flow/suggestions/45126505-to-notify-a-preferred-pharmacy-if-a-new-script-is)

Continued dispensing
When preparing a CD, could there be some form of display on the screen if a CD has been provided in the last 12 months? This would save the pharmacist dispensing a CD, only to have it rejected by PBS Online (and then have to delete it).
An alternative would be to have a slightly different colouring in the compact history on the right side indicate if a supply is a CD. Currently all supplies show with a light green shade, maybe a light blue shade for CDs?
1 voteFred Dispense Plus already warns when a drug has been continued dispensed in the last 12 months at your pharmacy. If the drug has been dispensed at another pharmacy, the only way to know, is to dispense the item and PBS Online returns a decision

Menu bar
Congratulation! FRED Dispense Plus has re-introduced a menu bar. Please continue to add all of the functionality available in Fred Dispense Plus to the menu bar, similar to FRED Classic.
1 voteThank you for your feedback. As per our release notes, more functionality will be added to the Menu Bar in upcoming releases. Closing this item in favour of more specific ideas already present

Allow customisation of system sigs
Allow users to customise system sigs to suit the preference of the pharmacy.
1 voteFred Dispense Plus allows you to add user sigs for custom sigs. We don't allow the system sigs to be changed
-
Let us edit system sigs
Can we edit the system sigs?
For example there is a sig 'eve' which gives 'evening'.
Yet the 'mane' sig give 'in the morning'
There's no consistency in this. We'd like to be able to edit and fix these.
1 voteAny changes to system sigs need to be done through our drug management team and considered across all our users

Owing Mark Off Pharmacist Initials issue
When marking off an owing, the pharmacist initials change to the current pharmacist dispensing. A feature would be useful that prompt whether to keep the original pharmacist initials or the current pharmacist dispensing if no changes were made to the prescription (Directions, or dosage)
1 voteThis is by design. Each action is recorded in script audit : https://webhelp.fred.com.au/frednxt/Dispense/script-audit.htm?Highlight=audit

Constantly asking if I want to dispense a CN rx privately
Every time i dispense a Rx for the first time since reaching a CN, NXT asks me if i want to dispense privately, as the old price is over the threshold. Kinda frustrating! i dont recall FRED classic doing this
1 voteThis should be working – please log a ticket with the helpdesk if the issue still exists.

Re-claim Script Prompt: Remove this prompt after editing a script from previous claim
When you edit a script from a previous claim, it always prompts to reclaim script in current claim.
1 voteThis is expected behaviour

Script Analysis Report: Add a field to include the number of patients
The report doesn’t include this and would be helpful to have this information.
1 voteThe Script Analysis Report has “Patient Count” as the second column
-
Drug Tile: Update to include drug indication
Would like the drug information tile to also list drug indications
e.g. blood pressure and the standard default directions e.g. 1 tablets daily
0 votesAgree – if required this is more suited to appear in the AppBar where an integrated drug information resource could display this in their tile.
