Currently, a small label is printed only on the first label for multi-label products ( such as Symbicort 400mcg). The user would like the small label to print on every label for multi-label products.

Early ScanCheck
I have been STRONGLY urged to scan items in Dispensing Process. This after action from PHARMACY board. It is inconceivable that this is not part of Current program
Board will be VERY concerned .. FIX this before you do anything else

Changing quantity and repeats remaining on an Eprescription
Sometimes patients request to get a smaller quantity with an increased number of repeats compared to what Dr prescribes. (eg, Dr prescribes qty 30 with 0 repeats, but patient asks pharmacy to dispense qty 10 with 2 repeats)
Currently, in such a scenario, details on the eRx message are not updated with new quantity and repeats remaining. This causes an issue, especially when dispensing outside repeat eScripts with such change.
To prevent the issue, the system should block the repeats fields from being edited on ePrescrition.
7 votesWe'll investigate how this can be done for an ePrescription

pop-ups not popping up
From time to time (randomly, it would seem) pop-ups do not appear as expected when scanning in a script be that an original or a repeat. I base this on the fact that after waiting for >30 secs I press <ENTER> and I can see the pop-up briefly appear then disappear.

OTC product dispensed with qty > 1
Scanning an OTC product that happens to be a repat item correctly sets price to RRP. On changing the qty to >1 the pricing reverts to script pricing. This is undesirable when the patient is not repat.

Scripts on file
Can you put some sort of marker to indicate if a person has repeats held on file in the patient search field? That way if we have patients with the same name we don't have to click into each patient to see who it is.

MYSL button
At present, the user can click on this multiple times resulting in multiple instances of the MVF form being started. Of course, once one of the forms appears, the button is disabled.
Might I suggest that you disable this button after a single press.1 vote -
defer a script shortcut
I'd like a shortcut key (or key combo) to be able to defer a script without having to tab through to 'status' or using the mouse to change to defer. A previous release indicated CTRL+D to defer but this prints an address label.

Ratail price to be on the main dispense screen
Some users set the patient price based on the "total retail price" for the item. In Fred Plus, the total retail price is in the Pricing tile > PBS Price Calculation screen. The user has requested the total retail price to be displayed on the main dispense screen.

Dispense Plus - ability to set alternate dispense price or discounts for different patient groups/facilities
Some pharmacies require the ability to be able to adjust pricing for different patient groups ie nursing homes, DAA patients, community patients.
For example -
Pharmacy A gives 10% discount on all OTC items to their webster pack patients.Currently, they have set this up by applying a general 10% discount on the patients Fred Office account which will automatically apply 10% discount on items scanned at the POS.
User has suggested that it would be useful if Dispense Plus could detect the account's discount status and apply this 10% discount for question mark OTC items at the point of…

Show BRAND name in history with ingredient name
The patient history sometimes just shows ingredient name and not the brand name - would be better if it showed Brand name, maybe even in brackets, so we know what brand we have dispensed in the past so as not to cause confusion
