facility code to be shown on Waitscreen
Would be great if we could add Columns like Facility code to the Wait screen. Very useful for large nursing homes when dispersing you can see what Nursing home the script was in.

Restore the safety net 20 days rule indicator.

Patient history (F2) to show previous Patients history when not on a paitent
In Classic Dispense, if you press the F2 key at any time when on the wait screen or Blank Dispesening screen the Previous Patients history is shown. This is quite useful when you need to check something when finishing dispensing. This saves you from having to type the Patient's Name.
Suggested using P for the previous but it isn't Alway the place they want the history to appear.2 votes -
Number of units per label when printing multiple labels
When printing labels for a script with multiple packs it would be nice to be able to specify how many tablets are in each box.
eg. Total quantity 90 tablets (product comes as box of 20). FRED would allow you to specify 20, 20, 20, 20 and 10 quantity on each label.8 votesThanks for the feedback - would other users like to see this?

Prevent RTPM alerts/notifications displaying outside dispense/waitscreen
When a red or amber RTPM alert appears - users are forced to either clear the dispense screen or click on the alert in order to make it disappear.
If the alert is not cleared and the user accesses other screens ie Reports - the alert continues to remain on the screen and in some cases blocks buttons on these other screens.

$0.00 is not currently allowed as a valid set price
For some drugs, like Methadone and Suboxone, users would like to set the price to $0.00 from the drug cards. However, $0.00 is not currently allowed as a valid set price. Users would like $0.00 to be a valid set price so that they don't have to manually update the patient price to $0.00 each time dispensing those items.

Directions are disabled when dispensing prescriber bag items, however some of the default sigs do not make sense. Either have no sigs and leave the directions empty, or allow editing.

Copy of Prescription/Evidence of Prescription for last repeat scripts
Currently, there is an option to print out the Copy of Prescription / Evidence of Prescription from the wait screen under Printing options > More options.
This option greys out and becomes unavailable if the script does not have any repeat remaining (ie last repeat script or original script with 0 repeats)

Filter is cleared after editing a script in PBS claim screen
After filtering rejected scripts in the PBS claim screen, editing one of the rejected scripts clears that filter. Users need to set the filter again to locate the remaining rejected scripts. This becomes very repetitive especially when there are many rejected scripts that need to be reclaimed. The system should remember the filter even after editing a script.

Scanning more than one e-script in the queue
If a customer has more than 1 e-script to scan, there should be a button in Fred Dispense Plus to click to open up a space where they (customer) can just keep scanning multiple e-scripts, one after one, for them to queue up. At the moment, this can only be achieved via medview web or pharmacist clicking at the "+" button after every time they finish scanning 1 code.

MySL recognised as "No Preference"
Patient's e-script preference set to "MySL" but when "R" reissue button pressed it doesn't give you a selection of "paper, SMS or email" like it used to be in Fred Classic. It would be great to enable that function again.

DOT Dispensing
When doing a DOT dispensing through Quantum, we should be able to turn off the interactions checker and the history pop-up. When DOT dispensing a few hundred scripts, it adds a great deal of time to the dispensing process.

A prompt for clearing diary notes
A user would like the system to prompt 'Are you sure?' after clicking the clear button in the diary note screen so that notes do not get cleared accidentally.

Real-time updates on all terminals
Any idea when real-time messaging on all terminals will happen. By real-time I mean
1. Claim tile changing to green when someone on another terminal fixes the issue or, indeed, to reflect the current status of the claim
2. The eRx queue
3. The dispense list (wait screen)etc
