Safetynet prompt when marking off owing
Scenario: Patient total script value is $276.90 and there is one Owing script in the patient history. Marking off the owing script increased the total to $284.00, exceeding the Safety Net threshold.
Current behaviour: When the owing script status is edited from Owing to Normal to mark it off, Fred Dispense Plus does not prompt to issue a Safety Net card. However, if the owing script is cancelled and re-dispensed to mark it off, the system correctly prompts to issue a Safety Net card.

DOT Dispensing: Filter e-scripts / paper scripts so they can be dispense separately
Filter e-scripts and paper scripts separately. allows you to DOT dispense e-scripts easily without having to bring out and paper files. then you can dispense any paper/trick scripts in a different run.
just add the option to column chooser. this column already exists in the list of scripts report

The system sig code 'top' for 'topically' is ruining my directions
When I try to specify anything like: top lip, or on top of the scalp, anything with the word 'top' in it, the system sig changes it to: topically lip, or on topically of the scalp.

change the coloring scheme of the dispense tiles
have the option to change the coloring scheme of the program. Pharmacist reporting having eye stress and headache from the light blue color of the interface . more contrasted color options would be great. Also removing tiles that are not needed will be a great option as the dispense screen looks very crowded with information everywhere.

skip displaying patient history after selecting a patient
Have the option to skip displaying history after selecting a patient, just add extra clicking step to dispense a script. Had been an option in the previous Fred classic. Now have to click Esc to start dispensing. It is already displayed on the side

Relating to FredNxtQ
Please allow for multiselect and cancel/delete.
We have Fred integrated with suremed, and it becomes a massive task to manually individually cancel erroneously cued scripts.

More information is required on the MySL screen.
Drug names

Notes
Expiry date of scripts - more important for S8Drug names when doctors have prescribed in brand name. Also directions. Often patients have an increased dose, but we choose the older script. You need to 'dispense' the newer script to find out new directions. Also an option for notes on the script appearing on MySL would be great. I have dispensed an older script of medication for a patient as the script is in MySL and not been ceased by the prescribed when the dose was increased.

deferred DD scripts
When deferring DD scripts, the duplicate should not say "last dispensed"date but rather "deferred" date. I guess it should be all deferred scripts

'Get repeat' for multiple dispensing
It would be great if Fred had a 'get repeat' feature in dispense. e.g. double dispensing of e-scripts or paper scripts - we can click on the last dispense and select 'get repeat' so we can dispense the next lot. At the moment it is not convenient to do especially with e-scripts. We have to change token preference to paper then wait for it to be printed and scan it again then change it for the customer to their actual preference.

F3 Repeats remaining - add an option at the duplicate prompt to continue dispensing on the existing F3 record
When the Patient Drug Duplicate warning appears, add an option to this pop-up to continue dispensing using the existing F3 record. At the moment, the workflow is select default 'No' (do not continue dispensing), press F3 then press Enter on the matching script date/drug. Instead, add a "use existing repeat" to continue dispensing on the existing record and proceed with focus to "Repeats" field.

Override Base Cost
Give us an extra option in Dispense to change the cost price to $0.00 or any user defined amount. Currently we have "Actual Cost" or "Avg W/saler Cost".
It would be useful to be able to override to $0.00 e.g when dispensing NIP vaccines etc when we have a mix of private & NIP stock. This would ensure stock control & G.P report integrity are maintained1 voteThank you for your feedback

Rx CANCELLED by the prescriber
Please create in FRED dispense a visual confirmation in the dispense history screen to show when a script that is in date and in FRED has been cancelled by the prescriber. For an online epharmacy this would save a lot of time as we don't use QR codes for repeats.
