Medication Management Extra Columns
Would it be possible to consider adding “Last Dispensed” and “SIG/Instructions” columns to the MedViewFlow queue?
The main benefit would be having enough information directly on the MedViewFlow screen to determine why an item has been flagged following AutoDispense, particularly when an “early” dispensing error occurs or there is a synchronisation issue.
For example, a patient may be taking escitalopram 20 mg with directions of 2 mane daily. If the medication is dispensed after 14 days rather than 21 days, this may be appropriate based on the patient’s directions, but Fred Dispense can still generate an “early” dispensing error. If…

override defaults are not applying to the set price items
The system is not able automatically apply the override defaults for certain items thus we are having to manually override the price. Allow the price to be automatically applied so it is has a more efficient work flow (so many extra unnecessary steps to just adjust the price) 😒

doctor and facility list
When in a particular resident/patient the specific prescriber/facility is not showing up automictically but rather we are having to search them to find the information through the lists menu. Make it similar to Fred Classic

Stock on hand alert
if the dispenser selects a brand that has a SOH of zero or less, a notification should appear alerting the user, so they ,may select another brand that is on hand with a stock level of > 0

Finalcheck launch when changing users
When finalcheck is accidentally launched from a dispense tech initial, I am prompted to login using Pharmacist initial instead. This makes sense however, I then need to press F10 to launch finalcheck again. In this situation, please launch me directly into finalcheck once I'm logged in as a pharmacist.

E-token repeats need active ingredients listed on them please.

Create a Repeat Interval / Script Expiry for medications that don't normally have one
E.g. a repeat interval for drugs such as antidepressants or S4 monitored drugs, and script expiry for things like vet prescriptions (there is currently no way to change these to an expiry of 6 months)

Quick Drug Pricing (F7) screen
When a private drug has a specific Fee Level and Markup Level configured in its drug card, the Quick Drug Pricing (F7) screen still calculates and displays the private pricing using Fee Level 0 and Markup Level 0. User would like the Quick Drug Pricing screen to use the Fee Level and Markup Level configured in the drug card when displaying the drug's private pricing.

Image of the product that is being dispensed
It would be nice to have a little image of the item being dispensed pop up. In a small window near where the stock on hand is. A lot of wholesalers now have the image of the item on the portal, which is quite useful when ordering. It also alerts us to selecting the correct strength especially with look alike products.

Align authority number retention behaviour in Fred Dispense Plus with Fred Dispense Classic.
In Fred Dispense Plus, when dispensing a repat repeat where the previous supply was dispensed as PBS script type and the current supply is changed to Repat script type, the existing authority details are cleared and the user is required to re-enter the authority number.
In Fred Dispense Classic, the authority details are retained even when the script type changes from PBS to Repat on repeat dispensing for Repat white card patients

Safetynet prompt when marking off owing
Scenario: Patient total script value is $276.90 and there is one Owing script in the patient history. Marking off the owing script increased the total to $284.00, exceeding the Safety Net threshold.
Current behaviour: When the owing script status is edited from Owing to Normal to mark it off, Fred Dispense Plus does not prompt to issue a Safety Net card. However, if the owing script is cancelled and re-dispensed to mark it off, the system correctly prompts to issue a Safety Net card.

The system sig code 'top' for 'topically' is ruining my directions
When I try to specify anything like: top lip, or on top of the scalp, anything with the word 'top' in it, the system sig changes it to: topically lip, or on topically of the scalp.
