Avoid putting a Reg25 date (20 or 50 day) on deferred scripts
When deferring a script, a Reg25 date is shown on the repeat as 20 or 50 days from the date of deferring the script, not the last supply. This is misleading when the customer looks at or presents their script to the pharmacy. Can this please be left off from deferred scripts to avoid confusion?

default labels to print
suggested labels to print to round up rather than round down.
e.g dispense Panamax 150 tabs, it suggests to print 1 label, 2 labels would be preferred1 voteThank you for your feedback

Dr bag dispensing
When dispensing a Doctor’s Bag, if an item entered is not on the approved list, Fred Dispense Plus defaults to the closest matching product name.
For example, entering Promethazine injection automatically defaulted to Prochlorperazine injection.
While it is the pharmacist’s responsibility to check, there should be a safeguard or warning to prevent automatic substitution, as this poses a potential safety risk.

Basket Notes still appear while dispensing
basket notes only pop up when you enter the script then disappear, which isn't user friendly when you get interrupted and promptly forget the notes. Our current work around is having Medview flow open on another screen so the notes can be checked, but would love them in the dispense window.

Add an additional filter for ePrescriptions in the Medview Flow Queue
While dispensing Medication Management baskets, the user would like an additional column to be able to filter for ePrescriptions. They could select and dispense just ePrescriptions then dispense paper scripts as usual

Have dispense notes appear in 'quick' history
Allow history/script notes to appear in the history list on the dispensing screen and in script check
There is often important info in those notes and it reduces the likelihood of things getting missed because it's not seen20 votesThank you for your feedback

Note taking while on the phone
Just an idea to aid convenience.
When a patient calls to put in an order for scripts to be dispensed, if they have MySL set up, it is quite easy to tick what they would like and place it into the queue.
If a patient does not have MySL, we either have to note it down on paper, or more commonly we reprint the last dispensing label for the medicine the patient is after. Is it possible to have a little note taking tool with patient details and a way to just tick a box (like on MySL) that prints…

Prompt for ePrescription Preference instead of entering Patient Maintenance
When dispensing an eScript for a patient without patient preference, we are directed to the F8 (Patient Maintenance form to update).
Can we bypass patient maintenance and have this be a prompt with the options (Print, SMS, Email, MySL) instead?50 votesThank you for your feedback. The focus already defaults to the patient preference, can you please explain what the benefit would be?

More than 5 erxs not visible in Dispense queue
When scanning in more than 5 erx's into the Medview Flow the whole job is not visible in the column on Fred dispense Plus. Only the first 5 rxs are visible and a comment of (5 of 10 rxs) for example is underneath. If it could be expanded to see the total order if would be beneficial

Display Directions in History of Final Check
Adding the patient directions to the Final Check screen would allow our Pharmacists to check that if there have been any dose changes to be discussed with the patient as well as confirm that the dispensing are correct. currently we are having to press Edit then F2, then Filter for the drug to confirm previous supplies directions which is taking us extra time for each script.

Continued Dispensing Printing
Toggle Yes/No if you want to print out the Continued Dispensing Consumer Declaration and Prescriber Notification Form.
No other dispensing system requires this, probably better to remove altogether, as its a waste of paper.

Could Bank details be inserted on the base of Invoices
Every invoice that we receive from our suppliers has the bank details on the base of invoice to facilitate payment BUT ours do NOT! We issue Invoices with all our day procedure patients and are having to waste a label that we manually stick on to provide this information. Can we please have an allocated space on invoices to provide payment/bank details.

Pop up note
I was wondering if we could have a note that is a little harder to bypass compared to the red pop up note where you have to type 'c' to continue. Perhaps another skin where you can type the note which pops up when looking up the patient, but to continue you have to type out a specific word. The reason it has become quite routine to hit 'c' to get passed that note, and now we don't read the note as often as we should.

Highlight new medication in dispensing window to help make it stand out
Presently the new medication shows up in bold in the dispensing field but when you change brands or strengths it appears in orange. It would be good if the box could be filled with a colour to help make it stand out better.
