Automatic conversion of dose from mg to mL of oral antibiotics.
A feature to automatically convert the dosage from mg to mL of oral antibiotics. Eg/ Dr prescribed amoxicillin 250mg/5mL, and prescribed 120mg tds.
120mg=2.4mL (we would need to manually calculate this)
It would be ideal if Fred could automatically convert the mg to mls in this case.

pressing Esc to cancel printing multiple labels
When asked how many labels to print pressing Esc should print no labels similar to Fred classic behaviour.
Right now IF it asks me if I want t for example print15 labels and I press escape it will print 15 labels which can be quiet annoying and wasteful especially if just trying to quickly edit something in a script without reprinting

Digital baskets integrating with script link
It would be great if the digital basket's could be scanned at the till to pay for the prescription items and that would automatically reset the basket. I believe you can scan an address label into Fred POS and that brings up the scripts for that patient on script link. Could the digital baskets have the same ability to do that?

Have dispense notes appear in 'quick' history
Allow history/script notes to appear in the history list on the dispensing screen and in script check
There is often important info in those notes and it reduces the likelihood of things getting missed because it's not seen2 votesThank you for your feedback

CTG Safetynet
Hi
Concessional CTG patients still accumulate Safetynet Totals. This is annoying as when they reach the threshold, the SN Card Issue triggers and won't go away until you issue a card. This is a bit annoying as SN is useless to a patient who already gets scripts for $0. Please turn off the SN Card Issue Trigger for Concessional CTG Patients.1 voteThank you for your feedback

Automatically remove the Safety Net number from all linked family members
In cases where a Safety Net card is issued in error, removing the SN number from a profile should automatically update all other profiles linked through family maintenance. In Fred Classic, this process was automated, ensuring all linked family members were updated simultaneously. However, in Fred Dispense Plus, users must manually remove the SN number from each linked profile individually.

Medication Direction (SIGs) Typing Guideline changes required for Numerals and verbs
New Pharmacy Students and Pharmacists are being encouraged to use the National standard for labelling dispensed medicines from July 2021 (located: https://www.safetyandquality.gov.au/publications-and-resources/resource-library/national-standard-labelling-dispensed-medicines) for clear and consistent labeling.
With the Fred Dispense Plus SIGs, these standards are unable to be followed easily. When a number is type it is expressed as a word not as an numeral.
The standards are recommended change to expressing Numbers as numerals and administration verbs. Examples of changed we would like implemented based on this National Standard

Automatically display generic search when eRx is script is dispensed by brand
When and eRx script is scanned and is a brand it would save time and be more efficient for the generic search window to be displayed. In most cases the brand dispensed prior is not the same at the next store therefore having this window display will save time and reduce dispensing errors.

Continued Dispensing Printing
Toggle Yes/No if you want to print out the Continued Dispensing Consumer Declaration and Prescriber Notification Form.
No other dispensing system requires this, probably better to remove altogether, as its a waste of paper.

Remove Scripts from Holding/Deleted Report Once Reclaimed
Remove scripts that been put on hold from the Holding/Deleted Scripts report when they have been successfully reclaimed. At the moment scripts remain listed as 'on hold' in this report even though they have been reclaimed. This makes it difficult to determine which scripts have and have not been reclaimed when going through this report.

half quantities
Is it possible to allow halves in the quantity section. We dispense methadone liquid and are unable to enter exact doses prescribed such as 11.5mL, we also do Diazepam reductions and it would be good to be able to have the label print the quantity being packed e.g 1.5 tablets.
