Please hide side bar, the information I dont use. FRED classic was sleek and easy on the eye
Please hide side bar, the information I dont use. FRED classic was sleek and easy on the eye. The actual dispensing area is significantly compressed as a result of a side bar that is not removable or even has a feature of hiding it. I very rarely need this side bar, the dispense information interface is compressed, it is horrific compared to FRED classic. Please action this urgently, there isnt a single time I dispense where I attempt to hide this silly necessary side bar

Flag Scripts in Patient History if Previously Owing But Reconciled
In Classic, in the Patient History, some scripts are flagged with the letter 'r' to identify scripts that were previously owing but have been reconciled.
Although these details are now in the Script Audit, having a quick visual indicator from F2/Patient History is helpful when assessing patient compliance and and correspondence with prescribers.12 votesThanks, great idea

Software design and fonts on screen?
Somehow all dispensing tech / pharmacist complain the design and fonts in Fred+ feels small and unpleasant compare with the old winifred.
Just by comparing this forum, which got nice font size, nice colour , and feels normal compare with the fred+ dispense.1 voteThank you for your feedback

Press F11 to Print Medication Profile
In Classic, press Ctrl+F4 then F11 to print Medication Profile. Now I can Ctrl+F4 but need to press the Print button. Please re-introduce F11 to print.

Include "warnings" (C&As etc) field on final check screen
It would be convenient if the final check screen had access to information like the C&A warnings, to double-check that all labels etc have been added to the label or packaging.

Extra Information in Doctor profile
Was wondering if there could be a better way to store Doctor approvals in the Prescriber profile. I.e. CBD TGA approvals, a notes section (perhaps to state whether they accept owing requests or something), etc?

non-pbs pricing- cannot see the last cost
non-pbs pricing- cannot see the last cost
While dispensing non-pbs item, when the cursor is at the Patient pricing box, it will cause the pricing window to pop up, the pop up will then cover the old pricing which in the Drug details if the patient had use the med before.
Actually it also feels very unnatrual when selecting the pricing box (when dispensing non-PBS) causing it suddenly jump to the far right bottom of the pricing window.

Allow the patient search field to match against the Medicare names
When entering name to search for a new patient, the system could flag matches against the medicare last name or medicare first name fields in addition to the normal name fields. The matches perhaps could show lower in the list of matches but still be there.
Consider this example: Mr Robert Smith, who everyone calls Bob.
- If we enter him as Bob Smith, with a medicare first name of Robert, but the Dr writes a script as Robert Smith. We type in "smith r" and don't get a match so we type all his details in and only when…3 votesThank you for your feedback

Both Dispenser and Responsible initials to print larger
Like the Dispense Option to print both Responsible and Dispenser initials but having this set to "both" makes the initials print too small. Can we have both initials show in same font size (maybe side by side)

Drug search display all results then reduce as more letters added
When manually searching for drugs the list should populate with all matching results then reduce as you type more letters/details.
This will help reduce errors when manually searching generic drug name as you currently have to press enter before results are displayed.
If a spelling mistake has been made you have to esc to retype,

A feature to calculate recommended dosage of oral antibiotics based on weight
User would like a feature which calculates recommended dosage of oral antibiotics based on weight
Workflow would be
- Select an oral antibiotics (Amoxil 125mg/5mls) in Fred Dispense Plus
- Clink on a button to activate this feature
- User enters the weight of the child
- Fred dispense calculates and displays the recommended dosage range in mls (eg recommended dosage = 2.5mls to 7.5 mls tds) based on the entered weight

Duplicate Label Customisation
Ability to change the Large Duplicate to not contain the patient's name when Small Duplicate is enabled. This reduces the need to dispose of labels in the confidentiality bin meaning less overhead for the store.

Promotion price to display when dispensing an S3 or OTC item on sale
If site has Fred Office and Fred Dispense it would be great when dispensing an S3 or OTC item that is on catalogue for this price to be visible in Dispense. Currently only shows the normal retail price and not the price advertised on the sale shelf ticket

own warning add own warnings to drug listing
I'd like to add my own warnings to FRED drugs. I put my own sigs into the drug warnings so when S3 items are dispensed, I can easily check if there's any preset sigs that I can just pull up.

Continued dispensing workflow
When clicking on the continued dispense option, dispense screen should stay in the patient you were in and not clear the screen so you have to enter patient details again
