MySL recognised as "No Preference"
Patient's e-script preference set to "MySL" but when "R" reissue button pressed it doesn't give you a selection of "paper, SMS or email" like it used to be in Fred Classic. It would be great to enable that function again.

Family Link at P.O.S
Links multiple patients at the Point of Sales, so you don't forget any patient scripts. And they walk out the front door without paying.
Eg. When you bring up the patient's scripts, it also brings up theirs, their spouse, their children, and their career.

Number of repeats on patient label (for Owing script)
When dispensing owing medication (faxed scripts) there is no option to have the number of repeats on the label as FRED classic had. This has led to customers' ending up confused about how many repeats they have left, and some doctors have rung not happy thinking we have made an error.

Change colour of Scripts with Warings on the Wait Screen
The Orange tile for a script with a warning is not prominent enough and these scripts are hard to find when in the PBS Online Windows.
The Blue used in classic was much easier to use to identify scripts that may need attentions particular Authority, Immediate supply and Duplicate Script warnings.3 votesThanks for the suggestion, we'll look to include this in a future release

DOT Dispensing
When doing a DOT dispensing through Quantum, we should be able to turn off the interactions checker and the history pop-up. When DOT dispensing a few hundred scripts, it adds a great deal of time to the dispensing process.

Any idea when real-time messaging on all terminals will happen. By real-time I mean
1. Claim tile changing to green when someone on another terminal fixes the issue or, indeed, to reflect the current status of the claim
2. The eRx queue
3. The dispense list (wait screen)etc

System to always highlight the default mark up in Pricing Details screen
When the user dispenses a private script and tabs across to the patient price field, the Pricing Details screen opens up. In this screen, the system automatically highlights the line with the lowest markup and changes the patient price to that price.
Users would like the system to always highlight the default markup line so that the patient price stays at that default price when accessing the Pricing Details screen.
