Copy and Paste in MyHR + Floating Window
Please allow for copy and paste function in the MyHR screen. Currently there isnt even right click functionality. Also allow for split screen or floating window MyHR so that I dont have to click in and out 10 times to cross check information from dispense.

Editing a drug card
When editing a drug card, after saving have the pop up window stay open.
Currently it's frustrating that the window closes after each change is saved, as sometimes you have to update multiple drugs (eg. if changing brands and updating drug rankings)
Previously, not only would the window stay open, but there was a "NEXT" option which was super useful when doing bulk changes to different strengths of medications.

Can we please link FredPak and Fred Dispense Plus so we dont have to run the drug update on FredPak seperately?

Daily total label and $0.00 script
When dispensing a private script that is not charged to the patient’s account, together with a Safety Net script ($0.00 Rx) that is charged to the account, the Daily Total label currently prints:
2 items = 1 ($XX.XX)
This can be confusing, as it does not clearly indicate what happened to the second item.
The user would like the Daily Total label to provide a clearer breakdown, for example:
2 items = 1 ($XX.XX), 1 ($0.00 Charged)
This would make it clear that the second script was supplied at $0.00 and charged to the patient’s account.

BD Rowa - Broken packs
BD Rowa
Option for the BD Rowa to NOT push out any packs when a broken pack quantity is dispensed. All required packs to be manually pulled out. This is alert/prompt the Pharmacist that a broken pack quantity has been dispensed.1 voteThank you for your feedback

Patient list by Drug
When printing the Patient list by Drug report, - we need the RPTS to show the number of repeats remaining on that script. Not the number of repeats originally prescribed.

Recall pop up message from Medicare in patient profile
When a medicare message pops up when entering a profile, if you enter through it, you can't go back and view it. If a staff member / tech says there was a message - it is gone!! Usually is is a simple update to m/care card number, but occasionally it is something else.

eRx comparison screen to auto-select where one option is blank
When dispensing an eRx script, when comparing Fred Patient to eRx Pateint, auto-select an option if the alternate is blank. E.g. if Fred Mobile is blank and eRx is populated, autoselect the mobile number.

In the claim screen, have a button to expand all PBS warnings and see them all. At the moment, we need to expand each rejection to see the relevant warning.

Medication Management Extra Columns
Would it be possible to consider adding “Last Dispensed” and “SIG/Instructions” columns to the MedViewFlow queue?
The main benefit would be having enough information directly on the MedViewFlow screen to determine why an item has been flagged following AutoDispense, particularly when an “early” dispensing error occurs or there is a synchronisation issue.
For example, a patient may be taking escitalopram 20 mg with directions of 2 mane daily. If the medication is dispensed after 14 days rather than 21 days, this may be appropriate based on the patient’s directions, but Fred Dispense can still generate an “early” dispensing error. If…

Create Own Brand Drugs in Bulk
Own Brand Drugs (OBDs) are required by some Third Party Packing software to ensure the accurate dispensing and packing of over-the-counter medications. The current process requires users to create each OBD item individually via the OBD form, followed by ongoing manual reviews to maintain accurate Cost and Retail pricing.
Introducing an automated solution, such as an Excel import into Fred Dispense Plus or a synchronisation option that allows Fred Office Plus data to flow directly into Dispense, would significantly improve both safety and efficiency. PN Pricing from classic
In Fred Dispense, I would use PN in the script to dispense a script as a private script but use the NHS (PBS) Price. Introduce an option to achieve the same with a single click/code to type

Medication Strength Not Displayed in Patient History Filter Results
When viewing a patient’s history after opening their profile, the Filter function (Ctrl + F) does not display the full description of medications.
For example, if a patient has previously been dispensed Sertraline 50 mg and Sertraline 100 mg, the filter results display the medication as “Sertraline…”, without showing the strength. This makes it difficult to distinguish between the different strengths.
The full medication description is only displayed after maximising the screen by pressing Windows key + Up Arrow. Once the screen is maximised, the medication history displays the complete drug description, including the strength even with the Filter function.

Image of the product that is being dispensed
It would be nice to have a little image of the item being dispensed pop up. In a small window near where the stock on hand is. A lot of wholesalers now have the image of the item on the portal, which is quite useful when ordering. It also alerts us to selecting the correct strength especially with look alike products.

Address Label - include a time stamp (date and time)
Include a time stamp with date and time so that we know when we've printed the label for deliveries and so that we know the the label is the most up to date label.
