Number of repeats on patient label (for Owing script)
When dispensing owing medication (faxed scripts) there is no option to have the number of repeats on the label as FRED classic had. This has led to customers' ending up confused about how many repeats they have left, and some doctors have rung not happy thinking we have made an error.

Early ScanCheck
I have been STRONGLY urged to scan items in Dispensing Process. This after action from PHARMACY board. It is inconceivable that this is not part of Current program
Board will be VERY concerned .. FIX this before you do anything else

Default send to MyHealthRecord
Please place a default option within the F8 patient information screen to enable the default sending of dispensed items to MHR. The box on the dispense screen could then be used to prevent this being sent should the patient not wish that particular item to be sent.

Filter is cleared after editing a script in PBS claim screen
After filtering rejected scripts in the PBS claim screen, editing one of the rejected scripts clears that filter. Users need to set the filter again to locate the remaining rejected scripts. This becomes very repetitive especially when there are many rejected scripts that need to be reclaimed. The system should remember the filter even after editing a script.

Ratail price to be on the main dispense screen
Some users set the patient price based on the "total retail price" for the item. In Fred Plus, the total retail price is in the Pricing tile > PBS Price Calculation screen. The user has requested the total retail price to be displayed on the main dispense screen.

Resubmit multiple scripts at once
The ability to resubmit multiple scripts at once like FRED classic with a single button so we can do it before we close claim just in case something hasn't been processed properly whilst PBS has been down

"Next" button in Administration > Drugs screen
In Administration > Drugs screen, when users want to update the patient price for a drug in each strength (such as Crestor 5mg, 10mg, 20mg, and 40mg), users need to re-type the drug name each time to bring up the different strength.
There should be a "Next" button in Administration > Drugs screen so that system displays the next item without needing to re-type the drug name.

Small label for multi-label product
Currently, a small label is printed only on the first label for multi-label products ( such as Symbicort 400mcg). The user would like the small label to print on every label for multi-label products.

Repeats Remaining
When looking at the repeats remaining screen (F3 shortcut) if there are no repeats remaining can you please say "No repeats remaining" so we know for sure and not mistake the blank screen thinking repeats remaining are still loading

Option enable small label printing for OTC items
When users dispense OTC items in Dispense Plus, there is no option to enable small label printing for that item,
The small label printing option is only available for items in Fred Drug Database. Users would like the same option for OTC items as well.

dispensing for animals
Selecting Animal as a title should automatically set the medicare consent to No and Always dispense as private. There should also be a field for the animal species and the owner's name.

The pop-up still appears if the ONLY characters in the note are <CRLF> and/or spaces.

"Telling" dispense to remember my setting does nothing. This setting is not remembered.

S8 Prescriptions Repeat Interval Report
A generated report to display S8 prescriptions with repeat intervals entered during dispensing. Potentially in the format of an excel spreadsheet displaying the following criteria: Patient Name, Address, Prescription Date, Dispense Date, Drug Dispensed, Prescription Number, Repeat Number & Repeat Interval.

patient report >new script report and active medication list
Love the New Script Report in the Patient Report section however its a bit redundant if the patient is no longer taking medications that appear on the list - and might end up being inadvertently re scripted for ceased items. Being able to specify patient's current drug list is needed.

Real-time updates on all terminals
Any idea when real-time messaging on all terminals will happen. By real-time I mean
1. Claim tile changing to green when someone on another terminal fixes the issue or, indeed, to reflect the current status of the claim
2. The eRx queue
3. The dispense list (wait screen)etc

Nursing Home Settings
Within the facilities, is it possible to to have uniform settings for all residents within the home? For example a setting to allow automatic printing of "new script required" reports when relevent?
