allergy loading to MyHR automatically
In Classic, we could add the allergies to a patients My Health Record (myHR). We can now see allergies from MyHR in Dispense Plus but not have any that we list locally add to the MyHR.

wish Fred Dispense Plus brings all the display features from Fred Classisc. So much easier to dispense and identify .
Bring back the the display features from Fred CLassic. So much easier to navigate

Remove Character Limit for Adress Labels
In the most recent update the a character limit was imposed on the address label optional message. We use this field extensively for our nursing home codes and deliveries. Please change it back to how it was before.

Hide AppBar option for full screen visibility. Currently screen is squashed with side bar. Should be hide-able to lockable on/off
Currently the side bar reduces full visibility significantly as in classic, which had excellent viability and a color contrast that was significantly easier on the eye.
Many may use the side bar, I do occasionally, but when not in use, I want it to hide (as is the case with many dock's/side bars).
Also full screen visibility with improved color contrast would enhance daily use significantly.14 votes -
Multipack Pricing For Dispensary Exports/Imports Enhancement to Accommodate 60 Day Supply Changes
The option to include multipack pricing for dispensary lines that are now 60 day supply is an important feature needed when dispensing to non-concessional patients. This enhancement will be a popular request for many stores.

Safety net issuing pharmacy
When we input an external safety net card number it would be good to have an extra field to add the external pharmacy name and number so that if there are any rejection issues ie paperwork not submitted to the PBS we can easily contact them if needed, especially if we have had that number in our system for quite a while and the patient has misplaced their card.

Ability to send SMS to customers
SMS feature integration. This feature allows user to send a SMS text to customer for non-urgent things, such as to let them know their order has arrived or their drug is being ordered etc. This does not have to be complicated or involved with auto reminding customers when they're due for a repeat because we have got Medadvisor for that. Fred should charge user the fee for the amount of texts sent at the end of the month, or make it as a "recharge as you go", either way is ok.

Diary to only show once per day per user
Diary to only appear once per day
If dispense terminals are shared by dispensary team. Each time initials are changed on a terminal (e.g. to edit a dispensing), diary reappears if there is a note for the day.
Would rather this diary not appear again for the day.2 votesCould you please add more context around the scenario? Once a user has already seen the diary on that terminal once for the day, it should not automatically reappear unless you were to quit Dispense during the day

Diary improvements
Diary notes to include the pharmacy banner and date note was written. Similar to the Fred classic dispense diary notes so that we are able to keep track of daily note taking, and differentiate between diary notes and other clinical documents.

Patient History Notes: Display ABOVE dispensed scripts
Patient History Notes: Display ABOVE patient's dispensed scripts NOT BELOW - for all items with the same date.
Just like in original FRED. Makes it easier and less backwards.

Family Link at P.O.S
Links multiple patients at the Point of Sales, so you don't forget any patient scripts. And they walk out the front door without paying.
Eg. When you bring up the patient's scripts, it also brings up theirs, their spouse, their children, and their career.

marking off owing scripts - the marking off pharmacist's initials show in history, it should be the pharmacist who supplied the medication, who's initial show.

With the SN tile in FD+, the "total number" value is confusing - should say Rx that count towards SN total count vs total count

Patient's name gets truncated in MVF embedded
MVF embedded in Fred Dispense Plus displays up to 15 letters of the patient's name. If the patient's name is longer than this, the displayed name gets truncated. MVF embedded should always show the full name of the patient.
