FRED
Communication between FRED office and Modeus DD book needs to be improved, especially when dealing with expired stock. Currently I can only do as a transfer out for expired stock which only populates as stock to be entered in Modeus. It would great if FRED Office had a completely separate function for expired stock that populates as "To Be Destroyed" in Modeus and you approve each item to be transferred to the destruction register. Saving time. This also goes for replacement stock for faulty S8's common in Medicinal Cannabis.

Show date of next available dispensing when S8's are processed early. RATHER than the number of days until next supply
FRED should calculate the next available day of dispensing when S8's are requested early by patients. instead we are only provided with the number of days...

Basket Notes still appear while dispensing
basket notes only pop up when you enter the script then disappear, which isn't user friendly when you get interrupted and promptly forget the notes. Our current work around is having Medview flow open on another screen so the notes can be checked, but would love them in the dispense window.

Add an additional filter for ePrescriptions in the Medview Flow Queue
While dispensing Medication Management baskets, the user would like an additional column to be able to filter for ePrescriptions. They could select and dispense just ePrescriptions then dispense paper scripts as usual

Reclaim
When hitting "Reclaim Rx", please prompt to do so with any updated patient details. As per Dispense Classic function - if an entitlement was added or changed this would prompt the user to accept and reclaim with the updated values (without having to go in and edit the script).

Family linking - quicker determination of relationship codes
Show date of birth for each linked family member in family maintenance so that is quicker and easier to determine relationship codes to add

Have dispense notes appear in 'quick' history
Allow history/script notes to appear in the history list on the dispensing screen and in script check

Note taking while on the phone
Just an idea to aid convenience.
When a patient calls to put in an order for scripts to be dispensed, if they have MySL set up, it is quite easy to tick what they would like and place it into the queue.
If a patient does not have MySL, we either have to note it down on paper, or more commonly we reprint the last dispensing label for the medicine the patient is after. Is it possible to have a little note taking tool with patient details and a way to just tick a box (like on MySL) that prints…

Prompt for ePrescription Preference instead of entering Patient Maintenance
When dispensing an eScript for a patient without patient preference, we are directed to the F8 (Patient Maintenance form to update).

More than 5 erxs not visible in Dispense queue
When scanning in more than 5 erx's into the Medview Flow the whole job is not visible in the column on Fred dispense Plus. Only the first 5 rxs are visible and a comment of (5 of 10 rxs) for example is underneath. If it could be expanded to see the total order if would be beneficial

Get rid of preset option 'YES' to print for reports
Every time I view a report in FRED dispense plus, when I close the report it asks me if I want to print and it is pre-selected as yes. I have printed numerous reports by accident. If I want to print I can just select>file>print.

owing mark off reconciliation indicator
In Fred Classic, when we mark off an owing; there is an "R" annotated on the dispensing. Is there any way we can tell from the patient's dispensing profile whether a dispensing was done from an owing?

Display Directions in History of Final Check
Adding the patient directions to the Final Check screen would allow our Pharmacists to check that if there have been any dose changes to be discussed with the patient as well as confirm that the dispensing are correct. currently we are having to press Edit then F2, then Filter for the drug to confirm previous supplies directions which is taking us extra time for each script.

Save documents from Drs to patient profile
To have a spot in a patients profile where we can add/save scanned documents from the doctor to. This would create a safe place to store the notes/letters from the doctor. Apparently this is an option in another dispense program and is very handy.

An option to print a signing sheet for single (or multiple) items dispensed
We sometimes have patients who do not receive DAAs go into respite, and the facility asks for a signing sheet, usually for just one item. It would be a great convenience to be able to create a signing sheet from dispense rather than creating a new profile in our DAA software for every singular patient this happens to.

Continued Dispensing Printing
Toggle Yes/No if you want to print out the Continued Dispensing Consumer Declaration and Prescriber Notification Form.
No other dispensing system requires this, probably better to remove altogether, as its a waste of paper.
